- All sales are final -- no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
- I will not replace items if any damages occur after you have received your order.

- I currently ship to USA, Canada and select international countries. During your checkout process, if your country does not appear on the list, I do not ship there yet!
- For customers in the EU/UK, due to VAT taxes, please only shop on my Etsy here!
- I aim to ship out all orders within 3-5 business days unless stated otherwise!
- Estimated delivery times and courier/tracking options are listed during your checkout process.
- You are responsible for paying any additional costs on your end, such as import duties/customs fees!
- Please double check your shipping address -- I will not be responsible for any missing packages due to incorrect/undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
- If you have placed an order but need to change your address, please reach out ASAP to hello@sleepydaze.ca and I will try my best to accommodate!
