GENERAL
  • I am currently not accepting custom requests/commissions.
  • For any collaboration inquiries, please reach out to hello@sleepydaze.ca!
ORDERING
  • All sales are final -- no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
  • I will not replace items if any damages occur after you have received your order.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY
  • I currently ship to USA, Canada and select international countries. During your checkout process, if your country does not appear on the list, I do not ship there yet!
  • For customers in the EU/UK, due to VAT taxes, please only shop on my Etsy here!
  • I aim to ship out all orders within 3-5 business days unless stated otherwise!
  • Estimated delivery times and courier/tracking options are listed during your checkout process.
  • You are responsible for paying any additional costs on your end, such as import duties/customs fees!
  • Please double check your shipping address -- I will not be responsible for any missing packages due to incorrect/undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you have placed an order but need to change your address, please reach out ASAP to hello@sleepydaze.ca and I will try my best to accommodate!
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
  • I do not offer refunds on digital products due to the nature of the product.
  • Please make sure you input your e-mail correctly when placing an order for a digital product!
  • Any installation tutorials for my digital products are included in the download file and product description page.
